The suspension of HIPs
From the 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs were suspended by the new Government. This means that Homes marketed for sale on or after 21st of May 2010 will no longer require a Home Information Pack (HIP).
The ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC) will however be retained. We can provide you with an Energy Performance Certificate in Swansea for a fixed rate of only £60 with no vat to pay. What this means if you are selling a house or if you are a landlord?
